Moving Forward Together!
Hi, I’m Felix!
After years of visiting Chelsea to see my wife’s family, we fell in love with this community long before we ever called it home. Four years ago, when remote work opened the door, we moved here to raise our two young kids in the kind of town we’d always dreamed of—one that’s welcoming, friendly, and full of folks who want to help their community thrive.
Professionally, I’ve spent over two decades in leadership roles with Maximus Federal Services, managing large-scale federal programs that support people with disabilities and low-income families. I’ve led teams, balanced multi-million-dollar budgets, and solved big challenges.
I’m running for City Council to help continue our city’s progress toward becoming a safer, more welcoming place for everyone—while preserving the small-town charm that makes Chelsea so special. LEARN MORE »
practical solutions, sustainable progress
I believe in the power of listening and building bridges. Throughout my career and personal life, I’ve seen how important it is to create space for different voices—and to make sure those voices are truly heard. I support what the current City Council has done to move Chelsea forward, especially efforts like the Main Street Park project and inclusive Ordinance 188. Whether someone’s lived here for decades or just moved in, I want everyone to feel like they belong. On issues of tolerance and human dignity, there’s no middle ground—we must stand firmly for inclusion.
Chelsea can be both a hometown and a haven—a place that welcomes newcomers, supports longtime residents, and makes room for everyone. I'm ready to do the work, find common ground, and make decisions rooted in what's right for our city—today and for the future. I am excited for the opportunity to serve my community and work with you to continue to make Chelsea a place we are proud to call home.
